A few photos from a great weekend at the Riga Open.

Charleigh was drawn against Latvia at the Riga. She put in a really strong performance but the Latvia girl went on to win the match and won the gold medal later on in the day. We are all delighted with Charleigh as she improves and continues her progress in the senior division.

A massive well done to Lillymae and Bradhan on competing in their first European Taekwondo Open in Riga today. Both gave it all and unfortunately lost out to Norway and Cyprus in two very good matches. Tomorrow it's Charleighs turn when she competes in the senior event.

Best of luck to Bradhan and Lillymae competing today at the Riga Open. A great experience for both of them competing in there first International Open. Also best of luck to Charleigh who competes tomorrow.

Just back from the first Portugal Taekwondo Open where Charleigh was competing. Charleigh was drawn against Brazil and lost out in very close match. Great experience for her as she progresses nicely. Great British Olympian Lauren Williams won the division, she was in devastating form. We will look forward to returning to The Portugal Taekwondo Open next year, great competion in a fabulous city.

Charleigh travelled to Sarajevo this weekend to compete in the European Club Championships and The Bosnia Open. Once Saturday she was drawn against Husovic from Germany, a very experienced fighter. After two great rounds Husovic took the decision. On too Monday for the Bosnia Open and once again Charleigh meets Husovic. A fiercely contested match with Husovic getting the win. Overall a fantastic weekend with 17 year old Charleigh gaining invaluable experience at the elite level. Charleigh will continue to make huge strides with the experience gained this weekend. Without any doubt she will be back even stronger at her next major Championship. Well done once again Charleigh.
