Mike dropped 20kg from 138kg to 118kg 👏💪👊💯🏆

He's story is truely remarkable..Mike had a horrific accident leaving him with a serious brain injury. This Man under went not 1,2 or 3 but SIX brain operations, spent a total of 18 months in hospital and bound to a wheel chair when he left!

He is now does two bike workouts daily as well as push up's and dumbbell workouts to maintain he's strength.

Truely an inspiration and example to what can be achieved when you simply NEVER GIVE UP 🙏🙌
