The biggest flex isn’t losing the weight, it’s never having to lose it again.
Everyone wants results. Very few people want the transformation required to keep them.
The smaller jeans.
The healthier body.
The stronger relationship.
The bigger business.
Almost nobody asks a more important question: If I had it today… could I keep it?
Think about:
Every workout you almost skipped.
Every weekend you chose balance instead of giving up.
Every hard conversation.
Every setback you worked through instead of starting over.
None of it is wasted.
You’re building evidence that you’re becoming someone different.
I coach women to become the kind of person who naturally keeps promises to herself, knows how to navigate real life, and doesn’t have to “start over” every Monday.
When your identity changes, your habits follow and when your habits change, your results become your new norm.
Play the long game because the fastest way usually becomes the slowest way.
You’re not a failure, you’re not being denied, you’re being prepared. Embrace that and get ready. 👊

“I feel like skinny people just have way more willpower than I do.”
Does this resonate?
I love restaurants, traveling, trying new foods, sharing appetizers and tasting everyone’s meal.
I also love feeling strong, confident, and healthy.
Those things don’t have to compete.
The shift was realizing I don’t have to say “yes” to everything.
I don’t need the appetizer, bread basket, cocktails, entrée, dessert, and to clean my plate just because I’m at a restaurant.
Instead, I decide what’s worth it.
Sometimes it’s the dessert.
Sometimes it’s the cocktail.
Sometimes it’s the incredible pasta I’ve been excited about all week.
But I don’t need every indulgence in one meal to enjoy the experience.
Intention.
Ironically, once I stopped acting like every restaurant meal was my only chance to enjoy food, I actually started enjoying food more.
Because I trusted that if I wanted tacos next week… I’d have tacos next week.
You don’t need more willpower to maintain your results.
You need a way of eating that lets you enjoy your life without feeling like every meal out has to become a cheat day.
👇 Tell me: What’s the hardest part about eating out for you?
* Ordering?
* Portion sizes?
* Saying no to appetizers or dessert?
* Feeling like you have to “get your money’s worth?”
* Something else?
Today absolutely humbled me.
I walked out of Pilates shaking, sweating, and questioning my life choices. 😂
It challenged muscles and movement patterns I haven’t trained in a while, and I loved it.
But here’s what I didn’t do:
I didn’t suddenly decide to replace my strength training with Pilates because it felt harder.
One of the biggest mistakes I see women make is assuming the workout that leaves them the sorest, sweatiest, or most exhausted must be the one that’s changing their body the most.
That’s simply not how it works.
Every type of training has a purpose.
✨ Pilates is incredible for core strength, stability, balance, mobility, and muscular endurance.
✨ Strength training with progressive overload is what I’m relying on to build muscle, increase my metabolism over time, and create the “toned” look most women are chasing.
✨ Nutrition is still what determines whether I lose the body fat needed to actually see that muscle definition.
The best workout isn’t the one that leaves you crawling out of the studio.
It’s the one that consistently moves you closer to your goal.
Don’t confuse intensity with effectiveness.
Build your program around what works -not just what hurts. 💪

I had an unexpected breakthrough this weekend (can’t believe I’m sharing). 🫠
I went to an event this weekend carrying a lot of anxiety, fear, anger, and honestly… hopelessness.
For weeks, I’d been asking God for a sign that everything was going to be okay and got nothing. Just silence.
And because I didn’t get the answer I wanted, my mind started creating stories. Maybe the silence meant something bad was coming. Maybe I was on the wrong path. Maybe I was alone in this.
On day one, there was a meditation where we were asked to send love to people we care about, then people in the room, and finally people who had hurt us.
I wanted absolutely nothing to do with that.
I was angry and believe in consequences and karma.
I wanted to stay attached to the story of what had happened to me.
Then I remembered that I didn’t come all this way to stay the same.
Later that night, during an Uber ride, a song came on that has carried me through some of the hardest moments of my life. A song I’ve listened to hundreds of times.
It wasn’t on a playlist or a popular song you’d hear on the radio. It wasn’t even in English.
& Somehow it found me anyway!
It felt like my sign.
The biggest breakthrough of the weekend was admitting that a part of me didn’t want to let go or change.
Because if did then I feared my pain would be erased, unseen, and I wouldn’t get to be the victim anymore.
That’s a hard thing to admit.
Sometimes we say we want freedom, healing, peace, confidence, happiness, or a better life.
But a small part of us is still benefiting from staying exactly where we are.
If you’re feeling stuck right now, ask yourself:
What am I getting from staying here?
Because the answer might change everything.
And maybe that’s the sign you’ve been waiting for, too.
You’ve spent years avoiding structure, setting intentions or boundaries.
& You don’t like the results.
At what point do we stop acting like structure is the enemy or call it “restrictive”?
The women who feel confident in their bodies don’t wake up every day and magically make perfect decisions.
They create environments, routines, and boundaries that make success easier.
They plan ahead.
They think about the weekend before the weekend gets here.
They make decisions on purpose instead of in the moment.
And somehow we’ve convinced ourselves that’s restrictive.
You know what’s actually restrictive?
Feeling uncomfortable in your own skin.
Avoiding photos.
Starting over every Monday.
Constantly thinking about food and your body.
Structure isn’t a prison.
It’s a pathway.
For most women, a little more intention would create a whole lot more freedom. 🩷

One of my favorite things in the world is showing women how strong they really are.💪
What you don’t see is that we started with what she thought she could lift/normally would grab for a bench press…
Then we gradually added weight until 4+ sets later, she was repping a 30 lb dumbbell for 5 reps!!!!
That’s super strong.
The funny thing is, she didn’t know she could do it until we tested it.
I see this all the time. Most women underestimate how strong they are.
Yoga, Pilates, walking, and group fitness classes build a great foundation.
But at some point, if you want to continue getting stronger, building muscle, and seeing what you’re capable of, you really have to challenge yourself with progressive overload.
Your body adapts when you give it a reason to.
That’s honest why I fell in love with lifting in the first place.
The physical changes were great, but the confidence that came from realizing I was capable of more than I thought changed my entire life.
I learned to push myself past my comfort zone and endure hard things. & Thank God because life gives you plenty of challenges.
Getting to lead other women in experiencing that for themselves never gets old. 💜
