Please note customer will not be able to access our store via Wıìlıìdeh Avenue this Saturday, July 25th, but can still get to our parking lot through Veterans Memorial Drive/ 49th Avenue.
Public Notice: Temporary Road Closure for NWT Culinary Festival
50 Street between Wıìlıìdeh Avenue and 49 Avenue will be temporarily closed to accommodate the NWT Culinary Festival.
Effective from Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. until Sunday, July 26, 2026, at 11:00 p.m., barricades will be in place to support event operations, including the beer garden and participant facilities. Event attendees are advised to maintain venue cleanliness at all times. Motorists are reminded to use caution when travelling near the event area, follow posted signage, and plan alternate routes where possible.

Are you planning to roll up to Folk on the Rocks this year on a bike? Interested in riding there with a group of other folkers? SHIFT NWT will host two daily group bike rides to Folk on the Rocks Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! The rides start at the Frame Lake trailhead, across from the Lakeshore Co-op. There are no group rides scheduled returning to town, but you can meet up with other riders outside the main gate. And don't forget your lights if you're coming home after dark!
