A: Yes, you can choose to remain anonymous when reporting, but it may limit our ability to act on a report if we do not have enough information.
If you choose to give your name when you report, the CCES will not share it with your sport organization unless itβs necessary to keep you or someone else safe, and we will make every effort to get your consent first.

If you've experienced or witnessed maltreatment in sport, you can report it to the Canadian Center for Ethics in Sport through the new Canadian Safe Sport Program.
This new program provides a confidential way to report maltreatment in sport. You can:
βοΈ Submit reports anonymously or by name
βοΈ Access a clear reporting process with defined timelines
βοΈ Receive support services throughout the process
