MFC has partnered with Assiniboine Community College and you can register and take Exercise Theory, Resistance training and the Registered Personal Trainer ALL IN ONE PROGRAM. This registration also includes all exams and evaluations. Course takes place online with two in person classes taking place at Assiniboine Community College in Brandon, MB.
Registration is now open for the September 29, 2026 start date.

Sheena is the current past President of the Manitoba Fitness Council board. She teaches many of the instructor courses. Beyond teaching for the MFC she teaches Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi across the Interlake.
