Yesterday, I competed at the US Open in Las Vegas and earned 2nd placeπ₯.
I would like to sincerely thank the tournament organizers and the Shinkyokushin Federation for this opportunity and for hosting such a high-level event.
Unfortunately, I sustained a serious injury during my semifinal match against a fighter from Russia, which prevented me from performing at my best in the final against the champion from Georgia.
This championship reminded me how important it is to have a strong team around you. I truly felt the impact of not having enough sparring partners and regular team training. I will need to rethink my preparation, and I hope that my students in Canada continue to grow and one day join me in hard training sessionsβjust as my brothers and students in Israel pushed me to become stronger in the past.
A special thank you to my wife and my family, who always support me and stand by my side through every challenge. And thank you to all my friends, students, and parents who believe in me and continue to support my journey. I truly appreciate every one of you.
Every challenge is a lesson, and every setback is part of the journey.

π₯ A Few Words Before Camp & Belt Exams π₯
The training camp and belt exam are almost here. Remember, success is not measured by how perfect you areβit is measured by the effort, discipline, and spirit you bring to every training session.
Over the past months, you have worked hard, pushed through challenges, and improved step by step. Now is the time to show your determination, respect, and fighting spirit.
Do your best, never give up, and trust the work you have already put in. Every black belt was once a beginner who refused to quit.
Come prepared, come focused, and most importantly, come ready to challenge yourself.
Osu!
See you at camp! π₯π₯
