The Winnipeg Minor Basketball Association WMBA - Winnipeg Basketball Fall 2026 - Winter 2027 Community League is now accepting registrations for players ages 7-17! 🙌

📅 Season: October 2026 to March 2027
🏀 One game per week plus practices
👥 Teams formed through local community centres
💙 Fun, safe and positive basketball environment
💵 Total player fee: $295
🙋 Volunteer coaches are also needed!

Calling all current/future WMBA athletes! Registration for Fall 2026/Winter 2027 opens THIS MONDAY, AUGUST 17th.

Get your young athlete ready for another season of basketball!

Teams are formed through local community centres, with placements based on registration numbers, available coaches, and gym space. Want your child to play with a friend? Include the friend’s name in the registration comments. While requests aren’t guaranteed, every effort will be made to accommodate them.

Practice schedules will be finalized once coaches are in place in October.

WMBA x Elevate Summer 3x3 League registration deadline EXTENDED to Tuesday, June 30th!!

Ages: 8-17

Season Length: 7 weeks + playoffs/rain makeup dates

Schedule: Tuesdays (Skills) & Wednesdays (Games) between 6pm-9pm

Outdoor court locations: Dakota Community Centre, Whyte Ridge Community Centre, Kirkfield Westwood Community Centre, Corydon Community Centre, Oxford Heights Community Centre and Garden City Community Centre

Games Guaranteed: 3 games every game day

Cost: $210
