Take a look at our Junior Bisons Volleyball camp!

These past few weeks our Junior Bison volleyball athletes have been building their physical foundation through complex drills, conditioning and scrimmages.

Instructed by student-athletes, campers had the opportunity to work with experienced volleyball players while building their confidence on and off the court.

Mentorship and curriculum development support provided by Bisons Volleyball head coach Lupo Ludwig and Junior Bisons Volleyball Technical Coordinator, Joe Moore.

Aside from daily strength and conditioning, our Junior Bisons Volleyball camp included nutrition and sport psychology coaching, giving our athletes the opportunity to enhance their skills beyond the volleyball court.

We had such a great time during the Junior Bisons high performance basketball camp this summer.

Junior Bisons summer camp athletes took their basketball skills to the next level in a supportive and fun environment during their summer break.

At Junior Bisons Basketball camp, learning goes beyond basketball. With daily strength and conditioning, nutrition and sport psychology coaching, athletes build the knowledge and skills to set themselves up for long-term athletic success on and off the court.

Players spent five hours each day dedicated to basketball-specific training, working through drills and scrimmages, refining their skills and putting them into action.

Just like all our high performance camps, our basketball athletes benefited from programming designed and led by our Bisons head coaches. Under their guidance, Bisons student-athletes delivered coaching that combines head coach expertise with their own firsthand experience.

Take a sneak peek at our Junior Bisons high performance soccer camp this summer!

This summer, our Junior Bisons high performance summer camp athletes are doing more than just refining their footwork. They’re building a foundation of confidence for long-term success as athletes.

Junior Bisons soccer programs are designed to help young athletes develop their skills and take them to the next level in a supportive and fun environment.

Each week is carefully planned and programmed by our Bisons women’s soccer head coach, Fabio Capone, giving athletes the opportunity to learn from a coach who knows what it takes to compete at the next level. Then our Bisons student-athletes, bring their experience and knowledge to help our Junior Bisons athletes grow.

With five hours each day dedicated to sport-specific training, athletes spent their time working through a variety of drills and scrimmages, refining their skills and putting them into action.

But it’s not just about the game itself at high performance summer camp. With daily strength and conditioning along with nutrition and sport psychology coaching, campers build the knowledge and skills to set themselves up for long-term athletic success on and off the field.
