We are so excited to welcome Marc Mance to the Encore Studios team! 💛🖤

Born and raised in Winnipeg, Marc has been an active part of the city’s dance community since 2009. Throughout his dance journey, he has had the opportunity to compete, perform, and train across North America, including Edmonton, Toronto, and San Diego. He has trained under many respected leaders within the Winnipeg dance community while also learning from choreographers from around the world.

Marc’s passion for dance extends far beyond performing. His experience has led him to create and coordinate his own passion projects, including a sold-out show in 2018, as well as hosting dancer development classes throughout the city. Through teaching, choreography, and creative projects, Marc continues to share his love for dance while encouraging dancers to grow, challenge themselves, and find their own voice.

We are so excited to have Marc joining our Encore family and cannot wait for our dancers to learn from his experience, creativity, and passion this season!

We are so excited to welcome Claire D’Almeida to the Encore Studios team! 💛🖤

Claire began her dance journey at just 3 years old and started competing at 6, training extensively in Ballet, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Lyrical, Hip Hop, and Contemporary. Her training has taken her across North America, including Toronto, Los Angeles, and New York, and she continues to train with various companies today.

Her passion for teaching began at just 16 years old, where she discovered how much she loved helping dancers grow—not only as performers, but as confident, creative individuals. Claire is passionate about creating a positive and encouraging environment where dancers can explore, challenge themselves, and become the best versions of themselves both inside and outside the studio.

We are so excited to have Claire joining our Encore family and cannot wait to see the impact she makes on our dancers this season!

Daniella Rae Beltrami is a Vancouver-based professional dancer, choreographer, actress, and creative entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the performing arts. Trained across Canada, the U.S., Europe, and Asia, she has built an international career spanning film, television, live performance, and education. Most recently, she was a featured dancer in Wicked alongside Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, and has appeared in productions including Descendants 5, Work It, Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist, and Utopia Falls. She has worked with acclaimed choreographers including Jamal Simms, Christopher Scott, Tanisha Scott, Mandy Moore, and Aakomon Jones, and was selected as one of Snoop Dogg’s principal dancers for his Cali to Canada Tour. As the founder and director of The Way You Move, a pre-professional training program based in Vancouver, Daniella mentors the next generation of dancers while continuing to create, perform, and choreograph internationally.
