We are saddened to share the passing of Ted Jones, a valued member of our figure skating community.

Ted dedicated many years to supporting figure skating in Manitoba, serving as Executive Director from 1991–2000 and volunteering as an Accountant (Data Specialist). His leadership, dedication, and contributions to our community will be remembered with gratitude.

We extend our sincere condolences to Ted’s family, friends, and all those who knew him.

🥈 A huge congratulations to Breken Brezden on a fantastic performance at the 2026 Championnats québécois d’été in Pierrefonds, Quebec, earning a 2nd-place finish overall and the highest score in the Free Program! 👏⛸️
