To everyone who came out and supported this weekend’s Indigenous hockey tournament; thank you. Your support means more than just cheering from the stands. It means supporting our youth, our athletes, our culture, and our communities.
From the early morning games to the championship moments, the energy in the arena was incredible. Seeing families, friends, Elders, and fans come together to celebrate Indigenous talent and community spirit is what these tournaments are all about.
Miigwech to all the players, coaches, volunteers, sponsors, and fans who made this event special. Safe travels home to all the teams, and thank you for helping create such an amazing atmosphere all weekend long. 🏒❤️🪶
