💥 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ MILESTONE: Jewel 💥

1,000 sessions is an incredible achievement — and Jewel says one of the things she’s most proud of is being stronger and healthier now than she was 10 years ago. 💪

What keeps her coming back is the desire to maintain that strength and physical ability as she gets older, while continuing to build a body that can handle everything life throws her way.

But for Jewel, the impact goes beyond physical strength. Training has helped build her mental strength and resilience too, giving her more confidence to handle challenges outside the gym. 🙌

Her advice for anyone thinking about starting?

👉 “The hardest part of working out is starting. If you get past that hurdle, the rest will be easy.”

1,000 sessions of showing up, getting stronger, and investing in herself for the long term. Congratulations, Jewel — an amazing milestone and one you should be incredibly proud of! 💙🔥
