When I created CorePostureStrength, I wanted to bring together everything I’ve learned over the past 20+ years—not just strength training, but breathing, posture, balance, pelvic floor health, and functional movement.
This isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s about helping your body move the way it was designed to.
