Our first In-House Superfights are coming up. Come watch and support your team!

Kids Matches: 10:00 AM
Adult Matches: 12:00 PM

After the matches, we'll be firing up the BBQ and hanging out together. Donations are appreciated to help cover the cost of food and refreshments.

SUMMER GRADING 🥋

Adult students from APE Jiu Jitsu and META BJJ are invited to our Summer Grading.

As proud affiliates of Cicero Costha, we're excited to have Professor Fernando Zulick 'Gr**go' leading the grading. Fernando is the owner and head instructor of Action & Reaction MMA, as well as the Team Canada Head Coach, and has played a key role in developing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu across Canada.

META BJJ is hosting Max Hanson this Saturday, June 20 at 12:00 PM for an ADCC Competition Seminar.

Whether you are competing, preparing for ADCC, or looking to learn from one of the best, this seminar is a great opportunity to level up your game.

Max Hanson is an IBJJF World Silver Medalist, Black Belt Pans Gold Medalist, American Nationals Weight and Absolute Gold Medalist, and an ADCC and CJI Veteran.
