📣 AUGUST 23 SHOW UPDATE

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our August 23 horse show.

Due to unforeseen volunteer and availability challenges, we do not have the number of hands needed to safely and successfully run both pens and provide the quality show experience we expect at SOTC.

We know this is disappointing, and it was not a decision made lightly. Our club and shows rely heavily on our board members and volunteers, and ultimately, we need to ensure we have the appropriate support in place to run our events safely and smoothly.

Your hard work, dedication, sportsmanship, and love for your horses made the day so special. We were thrilled to see so many riders, horses, families, coaches, and supporters come together to enjoy a great day of competition and fun!

🐎 WARM-UPS:The Gaming Pen will be open throughout the day for warm-ups. Please be courteous, share the space and follow proper arena etiquette so everyone can warm up safely.

Confirm spelling on you and and horses name (no changes from barn name to show name day of show)

Be sure to have your proof of insurance & swing by the entry table to sign an indemnity sheet (if you did this at the first show you’re all set!)
