ππΆ A MIDWEEK PAUSE FOR THE SOUL πΆπ
Sometimes we don't need to fix anything.
We just need a place to put down the weight we've been carrying for a little while.
Kirtan offers that space. Through simple, repeated mantras and the shared vibration of our voices, we can step out of the busyness of the mind and into the present moment. πͺ·
There is no right way to participate. Sing if you feel called to sing. Listen if you feel called to listen. Let the rhythm carry you. Let the words settle. Let yourself simply be. ποΈβ¨
And when we gather together, something special happens. Individual voices become one sound. Strangers become Sangha. A room becomes a community. π
Join us this Wednesday evening for sacred chanting and connection.

πͺ·β¨ THE POWER OF SANGHA β¨πͺ·
There is something sacred about gathering together.
In yoga, Sangha refers to a community of people who come together in support of one another on the path. It reminds us that while our spiritual journey is deeply personal, we don't have to walk it alone. π«Ά
Kirtan is one beautiful expression of Sangha.
When we sit together and chant, there is no audience and no performer. Every voice becomes part of something larger. Some may sing loudly, some softly, some may simply listen β and every person contributes to the shared experience. πΆ
Together, we create a space where we can:
πΏ Be exactly as we are
ποΈ Connect through sacred sound
π Feel supported and connected
β¨ Share joy, stillness and presence
πͺ· Remember that we belong
Sangha doesn't mean that everyone thinks, feels, or practices in exactly the same way. It means creating space for one another with kindness, respect, and an open heart.
This Wednesday, come gather with us.
No singing experience is needed. No special knowledge is required. Just bring yourself.

Come for the chanting.
Stay for the connection.
Leave carrying a little bit of the Sangha with you. π
We are stronger, softer, and more connected when we gather. πͺ·β¨

β¨A few spaces remain for Lisa's next Elemental Rhythm Breathwork session Sunday, Aug 23 from 1 to 3pm at White Birch Wholistics Windsorβ¨
ππ¦π¨π₯ The Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Breakthrough journey unites deep, rhythmic breathing with intentionally curated music to move energy out of the head and into the body where real change happens. It works to regulate and reset your nervous system, release stuck emotions, stress and stagnation, and encourages the mind into a non-ordinary state of consciousness where you will reconnect with your inner drive and clarity, and turn intention into embodied action!
π§This session uses β¨WIRELESS HEADSETS β¨ to immerse your senses in a multi-dimensional sound experience that promotes more presence in your journey and comfort in your self-expression! Youβll feel as if youβre having your own personal experience as distractions are eliminated and the music, supplemented with my guidance, fills the space.
Investment: $40
Please email Lisa Morin at [email protected] or message me on Facebook to register and receive payment instructions .
Location: White Birch Wholistics, 262 Lauzon Rd, near Riverside Drive. This is an accessible building with parking on both sides. The entrance door is on the left (North) side of the building, near the back.

Our new chant books have arrived! Come see the magic inside π
πͺ·πΆ WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE CHANT? πΆπͺ·
Sound is more than something we hear. It is vibration β and our bodies are constantly responding to the sounds around us.
When we chant together, the combination of rhythm, breath, repetition, and vibration can create a deeply grounding experience. Slowing the breath and repeating a mantra gives the mind something steady to focus on, while the shared sound of a group can create a beautiful sense of connection and belonging. β¨
Kirtan invites us to step away from the constant noise of everyday life and into a different kind of listening.
π΅ The mind has a place to focus.
π¬οΈ The breath naturally becomes more rhythmic.
π«Ά The body can begin to soften.
ποΈ The heart has space to open.
β¨ And for a little while, we simply are.
You don't need to be a singer. You don't need to know Sanskrit. You don't even have to chant if you'd rather listen. There is no performance here β just an invitation to experience the sound.
Join us Wednesday from 7:00β8:30 PM at White Birch Wholistics.
