URBANFIT DANCE FITNESS x ZUMBA
Looking for a workout that feels more like fun than exercise?
Join us for one hour of great music, movement, cardio, and positive energy. Urbanfit combines dance-inspired movement with fitness aerobics to give you a full-body workout that helps improve endurance, coordination, strength, and confidence.
Move and sweat to an exciting mix of Latin rhythms, disco, funk, house, cha-cha, Afro House, Brazilian music, ’80s and ’90s favourites, plus creative remixes and mashups.
Every playlist is adapted to the people and energy in the room, so no two classes feel exactly the same. Some songs are high-energy, while others let you slow down, recover, and enjoy the rhythm.
This is a fitness class—not a technical dance lesson. You don’t need to know the steps or be a dancer. Just follow along, move at your own pace, and have fun.
