Today, we're looking back at some moments from this spring's track and field season! 🏃

Throughout the term, students developed their skills, competed in meets, and achieved personal bests. We also had the honour of hosting provincial meets on our 400-metre track at the Tanna Athletic Facilities. A big thank you to our coaches, families, volunteers, supporters, and student-athletes for helping make this season such a success!

With the start of the school year approaching, the fall sports season is just around the corner. All KES students participate in sports after classes, giving them the opportunity to build fitness, explore new athletic interests, and develop teamwork and sportsmanship.

The fall term offers a wide range of sports, including soccer, volleyball, tennis, and cross-country. Our prep teams, including hockey and swimming, are also gearing up for another exciting season of competition.

One of the many sports offered during the Winter Term at KES is wrestling!

Students can choose competitive wrestling as their after-school sport, where they develop their technique, strength, and conditioning under the guidance of experienced coaches. Open to both Junior and Senior School students, the program provides athletes with opportunities to build confidence, develop sportsmanship, and compete against schools from across Nova Scotia.

During the Fall Term, students have the opportunity to participate in soccer as an after-school athletic activity. KES offers teams at both the junior and senior levels for boys and girls. Through the sport, students have the opportunity to come together in a supportive team environment, develop their skills, and compete against schools from across Nova Scotia.

King’s-Edgehill School is seeking an Assistant Coach to support our competitive, high-performance hockey program.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations to deliver skill development, game preparation, player mentorship, and year-round athlete support.
