Learn the art of proper hand wrapping from training to competition level.
This course will cover:
✔️ How to properly wrap your hands with cloth wraps for training
✔️ How to wrap hands with tape & gauze for competition
✔️ Techniques used for professional competition hand wraps
✔️ How to pass commission checks in Nevada, California, New York, and other major athletic commissions
All supplies will be provided, and every participant will receive:

Shout out to everyone that came to@the community clean up today. I am a firm believer of leading from the from as an example. So today we headed to the bridge on University Ave W where the city recently cleared out an encampment to try and clean it up. In about 2 hours we managed to pick 30 bags of garbage and dozens of needles which I’ll have to call 311 to have them disposed of properly. It doesn’t take much time to care about your community. Hopefully next time we’ll have a few more people join us to make the city a cleaner and safer place.
