Our LAST COMMUNITY SOCIAL will be on Wednesday, August 26 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Victoria Park, in Windsor.

This will be our community celebration for winning the title of Nova Scotia's Most Active Community in the Participaction Community Challenge and will be a HUGE party!

There will be FREE bouncy castles and ice cream in addition to our usual yard games and BBQ supper. Music will be provided by Guy & Doll and Zakary Miller.
West Hants Uniacke Community Health Board will be providing healthy snack options as well.

We’ll kick things off with a BBQ from 5:00–6:30 PM, followed by Bingo at 6:00 PM and a Pool Party starting at 7:00 PM!

All activities are free will offering and will take place at the top of the hill.

We're wrapping up our fall/winter programming tonight with our last evening of drop in basketball!

Did you know that we offer basketball on Wednesday evenings, too? Basketball will also be ending at the end of May, so only a couple of weeks left to come out and try it!

Volleyball Update:

As we host volleyball at the Avon View High School gym, we are at the mercy of gym availability. Therefore, there will no volleyball on Monday, May 18th (Victoria Day). As June is a busy time for the high school, our last evening of volleyball for the season will be Monday, May 25th. We have been thrilled to see such a strong response to volleyball since we moved to Monday evenings! A big thanks to our activity leader (and ASSC board member) Guy for putting in the effort to get this up and running. We plan to run volleyball again in the fall - stay turned for updates after our September board meeting!
