π Fire Lane β No Parking at the WJCC π
A reminder to all WJCC visitors, families and guests that the access lane to the Windsor Junction Community Centre is a designated fire lane and must remain clear at all times.
You may have noticed that we have recently updated the signage along the lane to more clearly identify it as a FIRE LANE β NO PARKING. While the signage has been updated, the requirement has not changed β vehicles have never been permitted to park in this area.
We know parking can be challenging when the WJCC and ball fields are busy, particularly during games and tournaments. However, the fire lane must remain clear at all times, without exception.
If the WJCC parking lot is full, please park safely along Windsor Junction Road and walk down to the Centre.
This is not simply a parking preference. Keeping the lane clear is essential to ensure emergency vehicles can access the property when needed. A vehicle blocking the lane could delay emergency responders and put children, families, staff, volunteers and visitors at risk.
Please do not park, stop, or leave your vehicle unattended in the designated fire lane.
We appreciate everyone's cooperation in helping us keep the WJCC safe and accessible for our campers, families, volunteers, staff, players and the entire community.
