Moving mountains requires faith.

Faith is a big word and simply ours for the embracing. Embracing faith is a relationship with sacred surrender. And this allowance of surrender, shows our deepest self that we feel safe. Even when we have experienced fear and/or trauma in our life. The very messy and painful experiences, in which we are left feeling unsafe and afraid to experience our truest potential and joy. The sacredness of surrender is a gateway for faith to be experienced. For what has taught us fear, for what has left samskara in our experience, in our mind. Can be the very thing that opens us to unshakeable faith. Surrender is when we allow fears show up and we embrace it's sacred part of our journey, when the trauma is settled in our nervous system and triggers us emotionally and mentally and we react. When this part of our story is showing up to have another experience, we guide it to having a new experience and we change the story. Allow all things to bubble to the surface and when they arrive, love them. Tell them they are safe, loved, ask for forgiveness and say thank you. Breath into the crevices of all the experiences. When we practice this, we teach our SELF that all parts are sacred and heard, loved and safe. And over time they transform, to our highest power and potential, because we have created space to allow them to show up and we treated them with tenderness. As they once again settle in to our system, our bones, our story. They settle each time we love them, with more ease. And we have nurtured a space for spirit to be here now. And when we are in relationship with spirit. That relationship is profoundly nourished by faith, a clarity, a space of trust to allow spirit to reside. And Faith dear friends is the practice that opens all possibilities.

It was said that when we are aligned in mind, body and spirit, and, we look at the mountain and say.... Move.... The mountain moves.

Book stores and used treasures. This one has been well loved and I am so happy to add this to my yoga library. It's very inspiring!

Our greatest teacher, ally and healer.

All parts of creation bow in reverence to beauty, we give her breath and she takes our breath away. Just like she gives us breath and we take her breath away.

May all beings be happy and free

❤️🙏🏽❤️

lokah: location, realm, all universes existing now
samastah: all beings sharing that same location
sukhino : centered in happiness and joy, free from suffering
bhav: the divine mood or state of unified existence
antu: may it be so, it must be so (antu used as an ending here transforms this mantra into a powerful pledge)

The pulse of the cosmos mirrors itself in the human body, with the beating of the heart reflecting the throbbing rhythm of the universe itself. The same elements which compromise the mantle of the earth are the very elements making up the human body, and the laws which govern their forms and actions are the same.
