✨Asana Spotlight - Chair Pose✨
How to:
➡️Begin in Mountain Pose, with your inhale raise your arms up to the sky.
➡️Pull your belly in towards your spine.
➡️With your exhale, sink your hips down. Keep your knees over your toes.
➡️Open your chest, gaze out infront of you.
➡️To exit, slowly retrograde your movements back to Mountain Pose.

🌲Tree Pose🌲
How to:
➡️Beginning in mountain pose, ground down through one foot. Bend the other knee and bring your foot up, placing the sole of your foot on the inner thigh of you standing foot(you can use your hand for assistance).
➡️Bring your hands to prayer over your heart. Lengthen up through your spine and crown of your head.
➡️Raise your hands up to the sky above your head. Palms are still together.
➡️Slowly retrograde your movements back to mountain pose. Repeat on the other side.
