Join us Tuesday and Thursdays at 7:00pm for a great class that teaches you skills, develops strength and knowledge as well as pushes your fitness to a whole new level!

All experience and fitness levels are welcome. Classes consist of Jiu Jitsu, Kick Boxing, as well as fitness and cardio training.

We are back from an amazing trip! Class tonight at 7pm!! Get there!!!

"Lost the decision but still went out there and put up a good fight and learned a lot about myself. We went to war and got to put on a great show for all of the fans in attendance. I fought three hard competitive rounds in there despite receiving a fractured jaw in the first minute. I learned a lot from this experience and can only grow from it, the feeling of being in there in that cage for the first time with another trained fighter trying to take each other’s heads off Is one of the craziest most intense experiences of my life and I was having a blast the entire time. This was my first time ever competing in any sort of martial arts competition and I’m happy with how I performed out there. Big thanks to Avalanche MMA, Yukon boxing, Peak Fitness, and Avalanche athletics/ CrossFit 867 for helping me with all of my training and getting me prepared for this fight." Cole Smith

As this man's coach I cannot express myself on how this 18 year old performed. Not only in the ring, but the entire process of him becoming a fighter. From his first test on the jaw, to the composure he's holding himself with now. Not only happy and excited but not deterred at all in his return to the cage.
