The Games ran from July 15 to 23 in the territories of Kjipuktuk Dartmouth and Millbrook First Nations. Team Yukon represented the territory in 11 sports.

Team Yukon finishes North American Indigenous Games with 39 medals - Yukon News Athletes bring home 20 gold, 10 silver and nine bronze

Greyson Catholique was a competitor at the games — a gold medal winner in the 4 x 400 metre relay. But he was also a competitor in pin collecting.

N.W.T. 'auntie' and 'uncle' pins a hot commodity at NAIG | CBC News Competitors at the North American Indigenous Games looked to complete the set of Team N.W.T. pins. The pins' designer said he wanted to capture the two major cultures in the territory as well as the northern lights.
