What an absolute honour to be there with you all.
130 people, all arriving in the same place, sharing breath, movement and energy for an hour.
There’s something very special about that.

today is going to be a gooooood day 💫
So grateful to have one of those ‘pinch me’ moments whilst holding space at .adventures retreat in Nicaragua last month.
This week was full of those kind of moments that make all the early mornings, long days, late nights, studying, planning, and uncertainty feel worth it.
Teaching has given me so much more than a ‘job’. It’s given me connection, purpose, community, and opportunities I never could have imagined. 🥹
I think one of my favourite things about being in this space is witnessing people arrive in themselves. Watching shoulders soften. Breaths deepen. Faces relax. Smiles creep in. Seeing people remember, even for a moment, that they don’t need to be anywhere else or anyone else.
Forever grateful for this path, the people I’ve met along the way, and the privilege of sharing these practices in places that take my breath away. 🌊
I have a busy month ahead with some long haul plane journeys in the mix. I’m at YVR heading to France to see my friends and family & do some last minute wedding planning for this year! 🇫🇷
