JOB SUMMARY:
-Full-time, seasonal position (March to October), could develop into a year-round position.
-Part-time also considered.
-Shop hours: 10 am – 6 pm Tue. to Sat.
-Flexible schedule available.
-Could develop into year round position depending on skill set.
-$24 to $27 wage based on qualifications and experience.
-Staff and supplier discounts!
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE – Qualifications & Skills:
-2 + years experience as a bike mechanic.
-Enthusiasm for learning new skills, bike models and gear.
-Excellent customer service skills; friendly and welcoming demeanor.
-Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently.
-Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting job deadlines.
-Talent for troubleshooting.
-High standard for precise mechanical work.
-Experience with suspension is an asset.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-All aspects of assembling, tuning, repairing bicycles.
-Providing knowledgeable advice to customers.
-Communicating with customers re: modifications to quote based on inspection.
-Keeping tool station organized and clean.
-General tidying and sanitation of shop.
-Handling payments cash/credit.
-Keeping abreast of emerging tech and trends.
SCHEDULE DETAILS:
-Full-time, seasonal position (March to October), could develop into a year-round position. Part-time considered.

We are kicking off another season of suspension courses early this year! Start the season by learning how to fully rebuild your fork and shock. We cap each course at 6 people with 2 instructors, so you get plenty of guidance and time to know your suspension inside and out.

Our first course is at Euphoria Rideworks in Function Junction, runs from 10 am to 6 pm on Sunday, March 10th and is suitable for all abilities.

We are running our 1-day fully comprehensive suspension service course at Euphoria Rideworks in Function Junction, Whistler! Course participants will learn how to fully service their fork & shock, including damper servicing. In addition, we will replace all relevant seals and oil, and you will have freshly serviced suspension for the season.
