She built the system. Now she's teaching it live.

Shannon Byrne Susko takes the Tiptop 2026 stage to walk through the exact methodology behind 3,000+ CEOs averaging 30% annual growth, the same system she built out of her own Desperate CEO years.

Oct 28 and 29, Ritz-Carlton Toronto. Seats are limited. Leaders aren't.

Shannon Susko and Ged Roberts wrap up this episode of Tip Top: Grow Up Your Business with Metronomics with Ian Judson, who shares a simple truth.

Teams that log into the platform daily grow faster.

The Metronomics system becomes second nature and momentum follows.

The goal is to build consistency and commitment before the team walks out of the planning room.

If they do that, growth isn’t just possible.

It’s expected.

The drive home from the emergency ward is where Peter Oxley's turnaround started.

He wasn't having a heart attack. He was having a panic attack.

He had bought into the grind completely. If forty hours was good, eighty must be twice as good, and he saw it as his job to outwork everyone in the company. Missing dinners. Missing his kids' events. Feeling like he was failing at work and at home at the same time.

That night he understood the thing most CEOs resist for years: he was the problem.

What changed it was going through the work as a leadership team instead of alone. Buy-in went up. Decisions got faster. The team started operating like an actual team.

By the end of the rollout: record revenues, a profitable business, a leadership team that functioned, and eventually an exit.

He coaches now. In his words, he can help far more people this way than by running one company.

Good coaches ask great questions. Great coaches deliver a system that outlasts the engagement.

The difference isn't skill.

It's durability.

A good coach can facilitate a powerful offsite.

Unlock a breakthrough conversation.
Help a CEO see a blind spot.
All valuable.

But what happens six months after the engagement ends?

Great coaches leave behind a system...a cadence, a set of integrated tools, a language the team uses every day.

Something that compounds after the coach steps back.

That's what the 7 Systems in Metronomics are designed to do.

Each quarter, you introduce the next system.

Your client's team absorbs it, builds on it, and eventually runs it.
You don't create dependency. You create capability.

Dominic Monkhouse said it directly: "I don't think anybody gets to be amazing without a coach."

True.

But the coach who delivers a system that keeps working without them?

That's the one who gets referred to the next CEO.

80+ Metronomics coaches are building their practices on this model.

Not personality-dependent. System-driven.

Here's the honest answer to "why should I go to Tip Top."

Because 3,000+ CEOs have now been through this methodology, and they're averaging 30% annual growth. A lot of that got built, or got unstuck, in a room exactly like this one.

And because of who's teaching it: Shannon Susko, Dr. Gerald D. Bell, Dave Crenshaw, Daniel Priestley, Liz Wiseman, and Brad Giles. All on one stage, over two days.

Ritz-Carlton Toronto, Oct 28 and 29. $500 off until August 31. Secure your seat.

You know the feeling. You come back from something genuinely useful, you bring it to your leadership team, and you watch it land as: yeah, whatever. Next.

That isn't a them problem. It's what happens when you're the only person in the building who saw it.

Now picture the other version. Seventy, eighty leaders in one room, from different teams and at different stages, all driving toward the same clarity. Not one CEO carrying an idea home alone, but whole leadership teams learning it at the same time, in the same room, at least once a quarter.

It doesn't start there. It starts with ten CEOs around a table working out what they need next and getting themselves sorted first. Only then do you go to your direct reports and say: let's bring you into this, let's get you excited about it.

You can take the seat young, hire a coach immediately, and still have no system underneath you. That's the gap this closes.

And it maps onto your own arc, in order. Driving everything yourself. Growing yourself. Growing others. Then coaching other leaders to do the same.

Wherever you are on that, you're not behind. You're just on it.

Business conferences put people on stage who make a living talking about success, not building it.

At the TipTop 2026 Summit in Toronto, we're doing the exact opposite.

Every single leader teaching you is a vetted CEO or scaling expert who has used the Metronomics framework to grow real companies.

You aren't learning from theorists.
You are learning from operators who know exactly what it takes to break a growth plateau, align a messy leadership team, and step out of daily firefighting.

They will share their actual playbooks, scorecards, and systems.

Join us on October 28th to 29th. You cannot afford to miss this.

Damian Byrne joins Ged Roberts on Tip Top: Grow Up Your Business with Metronomics to emphasize why scorecards are non-negotiable when it comes to building clarity and accountability.

From functional responsibilities to measurable outcomes, scorecards help every leader and team member know what winning looks like and how to get there.

Don’t leave performance to guesswork.

One week left on $500 off Tip Top 2026.

If you were always coming, this is just money you don't need to leave on the table. If you're still deciding, the real question isn't the discount. It's whether next year's plan gets built in a room with 350+ CEOs and growth leaders, or alone at your desk in January.

Two days at The Ritz-Carlton Toronto, October 28 and 29, 2026.

$500 off ends August 31. Secure your seat.
