Self Defense is a skill we could all brush up on! We live in a pretty safe community, but you never know when you might need these skills. Join us as Sensei Owen Day of Weyburn Wado Kai Karate shares some tips, tricks, and important things to know when defending yourself. This is for both teens (great if you're going away to University or College in the fall!) and adults (amazing for any age - those summer adventures sometimes take us far away from home). Thursday, June 18 @ 6:30 pm. Call to register: 306-842-4352
