We do a lot of the bright colours, the fancy frames, the big moments and the celebrations.

But this photo is racing too. This was sent to us by The 50 Crew, thank you.

Sometimes, no matter how prepared you are or how hard you race, things happen on the track that are completely out of your control. And knowing that doesn’t make the disappointment hurt any less.

His night was over far too soon, and he was devastated. You can see it in this photo — the heartbreak, the frustration, and just how much being out there means to him.

And that amazing human standing beside him is Carter Crawford from the 50 crew. In one of Paxton’s hardest moments, Carter was right there with him — supporting him, comforting him, and making sure he wasn’t alone. That means more to this mom than I can ever properly put into words.

A huge shoutout as well to Desirée Graham, Damian Gore, and everyone else who stepped in and took care of Pax until I could safely make my way to the pits. When your kid is hurting and you can’t immediately get to them, knowing they’re surrounded by people who genuinely care is something you never forget.

Racing can be heartbreaking. But the people in this racing family are something pretty special.

There really aren’t many words for moments like this.

Carter was back in the Enduro last Saturday, and he did pretty well! He ran clean and managed to stay in the top five for a good while, until the car began to overheat.

Bit of a crazy one last night was. It was a very fast night, leaving very little time to adjust tire pressures in between the heats and that gave Skye some troubles. Ty did well, only focusing on driving and passing the person he wanted to finish in front of. In the feature, the highlight of our night was Skye managing to completely tear the tread off of her car...it was crazy! Thank you to Team 29 Racing for the extra tires and help during the stop, as well as Ryan from Fast Track and our crew, Vyktor and Carter!!

This is the most meaningful part of our sport, where the people we meet really do feel like a family. Unfortunately Paxton - Fast Track Racing 🏁 lost a loved one over the week, and this race day was tough. But it had a deeper meaning. Ryan approached us asking if we would put a memorial sticker on our cars, and we accepted. We are so honoured to help support their family in this difficult time, and to help honour the memory of Robert Ramsey. They truly were racing for a deeper meaning yesterday, and are such a strong family. We are deeply sorry for their loss, and admire how they still showed and wanted to win in thought of their loved ones.

Since my first post about our Sept. 5 YESS fundraiser, I’ve had a few questions come in, so I figured I’d put everything together in one spot! 🥰

⏰ WHAT TIME?
The collection will take place September 5, 2026 at 5:30 PM during the autograph session at Edmonton International Raceway!

📍 WHERE DO I BRING MY DONATIONS?
Come find the pink & black #3 Candice Pahl Racing car during the autograph session and bring your donations right down to me! I’ll collect everything and handle getting it to YESS afterward. ❤️

👕 DO DONATIONS HAVE TO BE BRAND NEW?
Not everything!

• Clothing can be gently used or brand new.
• Personal hygiene products must be NEW, unopened and not tampered with.
• Undergarments must also be NEW and unopened.

With fall coming up, YESS is especially looking for things like cold-weather clothing — sweaters, jackets, toques, scarves, gloves and boots — along with back-to-school items like backpacks, binders, pens, pencils and notebooks. 🎒🧤

👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 AGE RANGE? 👩‍👦

The Youth Support Centre also hosts Monday to Friday Resource and Health Hubs with physical and mental health clinics and youth-supporting resources to ensure youth 15-24 get the help they need, when they need it, and where they need it—in their community."
