Fall doesn’t have to mean the end of lacrosse season 🥍

We’ve had a lot of girls asking about opportunities to keep playing this fall, so we’ve putting together something simple.

Four Sundays. Just come play.

Fall Ball is open to girls 14+, including high school players, recent grads and adults. Whether you’re playing somewhere else and want some extra field time, haven’t played in a while and miss it, or just want an excuse to get your stick back in your hands, you’re welcome.

We’ll make teams based on registration numbers and PLAY.

☀️ Summer Break is almost over… but we’re not done having fun yet! ☀️

We’re trying something NEW at The Sports Xpress!

Come check out our Summer Open Play on August 17 & 19! We’ll have the turf open, bounce castles, yard games, music and lots of space for the kids to run around and burn off some energy. 🏰⚽️

💲 $5 per child for 2 hours of play
📅 Monday, August 17 & Wednesday, August 19
⏰ Drop in anytime from 10AM–5PM
👧 Ideal for ages 2–6, with a maximum age of 8.

No registration needed, just show up and play!

Bring a coffee, pack some snacks or lunch, and hang out while the kids have some fun. ☕️

Please remember: This is NOT a drop-off program. Adult supervision is required, with a maximum of 2 children per adult.

The Sports Xpress will be CLOSED July 27–31 as our staff heads to Nationals with Team Manitoba!

We’ll be back to our regular hours on Saturday, August 1, ready to help with all your sporting goods and training needs.

As summer gets busier with camps, tournaments, leagues, and family time, our store hours will be shifting for the season.

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 12:00pm–8:00pm
• Tuesday & Thursday: 5:00pm–8:00pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am–6:00pm

Need to stop by outside our posted hours? No problem! We’re happy to accommodate appointments whenever possible. Just send us a message and we’ll do our best to make it work.

🥒 Kind of a Big Dill is BACK for a Spring pickleball league!

This one’s for the in-between players
You know the basics, you’ve played a bit, but you’re not quite ready for full intermediate play yet, this is your league.

Monday League
8 weeks | 6–8 PM

Wednesday League
7 weeks | 7–9 PM

Structured games, lots of touches, and a fun, social atmosphere while still getting better every week.

Grab a partner or come solo, and let’s get you to that next level.

We know it’s supposed to be spring… but Winnipeg weather clearly didn’t get the memo.

So we’re adding more daytime pickleball open play on Wednesdays and Thursdays through April and May.

Same great setup. Rotate in, meet new people, get some games in, and stay active without worrying about what’s happening outside… or if you’re going to get snowed on.
