It’s with saddened hearts we watch on as America takes a leap backwards, bringing a persons body and how one feels on the inside into politics and neglecting what a governing body is meant to do for a country, to keep their people safe, cared for. As we watch we realise that we can no longer support this platform and what it stands for. As a business we strived to reach a wider audience, bringing the message of a healthy, happy life and delivering the tools to help you succeed in this but seeing the removal of our protections as an lgbt+ business, we at peak no longer feel comfortable paying money to the company that is set to destroy our community’s safety. We are currently looking into moving platforms, so we will not be disappearing but relocating. We will keep our accounts here for now so you all can still contact us. As a q***r business paying a monthly fee to be discriminated against feels counterproductive. Everyone deserves the right to live without persecution and hatred for something that they do not choose to be. Just because someone is different to you doesn’t mean that they are wrong, there is enough space for diversity in this world and this is our small way of standing up against injustice and hatred. On a personal note hearing family members saying that I should ‘hide’ when and if the time comes that these people come for me instead of offering support, care and protection has made both of us want to stand strong for our q***r family around the world. No matter the price we will always be loud and proud of who we are.

On Saturday we ran our second kids fitness program at two7 fitness alongside Amanda from AC Health Wellness and nuranurra support service, with the goal of promoting health and fitness to the youth community 💪

We are super excited to be a part of this program and we can’t wait for the next one 🏋️

👋 Hi, we wanted to quickly reintroduce ourselves to our new followers…

🏋️ Just over two years ago Carrie and I sat on a beach in Vanuatu and came up with the idea of using our skills and knowledge of health, nutrition and exercise to provide a program that will keep you mobile, healthy and active for the rest of your life. This became Peak!

We started off with a very small client base and now we have the most amazing clients all over Australia and now Canada 💜

We are now based in Leeton NSW where we are working on expanding our client base and finishing our app to provide the best online health and training program available!

Seeing our clients smashing goals and just living a better life has always been our #1 goal and is exactly the reason why we love what we do 💜
