🏒 NIAGARA NATIONALS X BILT FITNESS

Get your young athlete ready for the upcoming season with a week of high-energy training designed specifically for 2020 & 2021 born players.

Players will receive:
🏒 9 hours of on-ice skill development
💪 4.5 hours of off-ice athletic training immediately following each ice session
⚡ Sprint work
🔀 Agility & lateral movement
🏃 Stair training
🤝 Fun competitive team activities

📍 Pelham at Meridian Community Centre
📅 August 24 – September 4
💲 $315 per player
👥 Limited to 15 players (first come, first served)

This camp is built to help young players improve their skating, puck skills, confidence, athleticism, and overall love for the game before the season begins.
