“Leave everything on the field.”
It’s a classic line. Easy to say, but a lot harder to actually do. So, where do you actually learn how to build that kind of grit?
Practice.
Where do you uncover your weaknesses and face your mistakes?
Practice.
Where do you fix those mistakes and come out stronger?
Practice.
Sure, you learn a lot on game day. But we can’t expect players to show up and dominate if they haven’t learned how to practice with intention.

⁨ بزرگترین سلاح هر سیستم استبدادی در روزهای پایانی، تزریق ناامیدی و منزوی کردن آدم‌هاست. آن‌ها می‌خواهند تک‌تک ما در گوشه‌ای تاریک بنشینیم و باور کنیم که تنهاییم و هیچ‌چیز تغییر نمی‌کند. اما وقتی دست در دست هم می‌گذاریم و به این انزوا پایان می‌دهیم، تمام آن توهمِ قدرت فرو می‌ریزد.
مسیر رسیدن به آزادی، نیازمند یک مبارزه‌ی منسجم و آگاهانه است. در این روزها که ماشین دروغ و تفرقه‌افکنیِ سیستم با تمام توان کار می‌کند تا ما را از هم بترساند، باید بیش از پیش «هوشیار» باشیم. فریب بازی‌های روانی و دشمن‌تراشی‌های خیالی را نخوریم و اجازه ندهیم بین صفوف ما شکاف بیندازند.
بیایید در این مسیر دشوار، تکیه‌گاه یکدیگر باشیم. به هم روحیه بدهیم، اخبار درست را نشر دهیم و نور امید را در دل‌هایمان روشن نگه داریم. فراموش نکنیم که مجسمه‌ی ترسناک استبداد، از درون موریانه خورده و در حال فروپاشی است.
تا روزی که در خیابان‌های آزادِ شهرهایمان، زیر سایه‌ی پرچم اصیل و واقعی این آب و خاک همدیگر را در آغوش بگیریم، شانه به شانه، استوار و بیدار می‌ایستیم. ✌️☀️
