Resolutions are now in full swing, and for lots, January is usually the time the golf itch starts to return after seasons end!

If you’re like me, having both fitness and golf related resolutions, lets get the year started right moving toward achieving both of those goals.

$199 gets you eleven golf focused group fitness training sessions and some Swing Fitness swag. Classes take place at GAP located in the Golden Ticket Center and begin January 29th at 7:30pm.

I was sure I was never going to officially wear colours ever again after graduation. But this week, I was asked to come and coach the at the championships in Victoria, an opportunity was hard to pass up. So here we are again.

First year of the golf program at the university and we have a great group of kids (relative to me of course 😜). is a fabulous place for this championship to take place and I am excited to see how the week goes.
