We are extremely proud to present our newest black belt - Jason Valleriani! Jason travelled to Deep River this weekend to compete in our Spring National Championships on Saturday followed by a gruelling 8 hour black belt test on Sunday. Jason did a fantastic job! Wear your new belt with pride Sensei Jason!

Hello all, we are happy to announce that with the education workers returning to work our classes can resume again starting THIS THURSDAY!!
***Please note this Thursdays class only is from 7-9 due to a scheduling conflict with the school. All other classes will be at the normal time. Young students are welcome to come for the first half only if needed***
Hello all, with the upcoming C.U.P.E. Strike, schools will be pausing all contracts for gym rentals.
Given this information we have no choice but to cancel our classes until we are allowed to return. We are currently looking at alternative venues and will post more information when available.
We apologize for the inconvenience but it is out of our control!

Hello all, a friendly note that there IS class tonight for those wishing to attend. We know it’s Halloween so we also understand if you’re busy :)
We’d like to sincerely apologize for anyone impacted by our misinformation for our start date!!
Our first class and registration is actually Thursday October 20th at 6pm.
We welcome all returning and new students to come out and try a class!

Hello all!! We’ve been quiet for far too long but we have finally gotten approval to return to the school for our classes!!
Our first class back will be on Monday October 17th from 6-8pm at Worsley Elementary.

We propose this: whether you've been in Karate for one day or 50 years, please direct message us a photo of one of your favourite karate memories and let us know your name, which club you're from, and maybe tell us about what you're doing to maintain some normalcy!
