Knowing and respecting our training age and level is what makes and breaks our success and longevity.

1. Novice trainees should be looking at training 3 times a week for a number of weeks/months to develop movement proficiency and confidence in general movement patterns.

2. Intermediate to advanced trainees should be training 4-5 times a week to develop endurance and strength within the movement patterns they have been building upon.

3. Master and Advanced Master trainees should be looking to train between 3-4 times a week, based on their dominant training style and level of intensity they find themselves training at.
