It is that time of the year again. Wrestling registrations are open.

Sask valley Bears wrestling just want to wish coach Frankie and the outlaws wrestling academy team all the best for the upcoming wrestling season .

wrestling is growing in saskatchewan!!! always good to hear another wrestling club is starting up! The coaching staff are not new to wrestling coach Frankie has been involve in this sport for a long time her passion, commitment and love for the sport will just blossom in the new wrestling club / Season!!

The Outlaws Wrestling Academy is ready to hit the mat! 🤼‍♂️

We welcome athletes ages 6 to 18+ and all skill levels—whether you’re brand new to wrestling or looking to take your skills to the next level. Our goal is to build confidence, discipline, skills, and a strong wrestling community.

📅 PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Tuesdays & Thursdays
• Grades 1–5: 6:00–7:00 PM
• Grades 6–18+: 7:00–8:30 PM

Wednesdays
• Grades 6–18+: 6:00–7:00 PM

🗓️ First Practice: October 1st

A Big thank you to everyone that came out this weekend to support the wrestling club at Waldheim. Thank you to every single person who bought something. This was great fun on a beautiful day.

SHSAA wrestling Regional done .
Not the game plan we wanted but one wrestler will be going to provincials next week.

Remember if it was easy all the kids will be doing this sport ..so be proud , humble and let's work for next season.

SWG duals did not go our way we lost duals with 2 point to progress to the semi final match ...but we had a blast...we only had 10 athletes and should have had 12 but we got a fill athlete from South East in the lowest weight class this boy was solid, he wrestled boys easily 15-20 lbs heavier and had a mean high crotch. But Jebb placed 7th but his fighting spirit place 1st. Stella wrestled girls like 15- 20lbs heavier but her fighting spirit place 1st. She lost the bronze match and got 4th but there was a quick pin I don't agree with. We just need to stay consistent if we allow quick pins like that and keep it as fair as possible...
