Well Ladys I have some bad news and this time its for real 😳 The MD of Wainwright has just moved into the Enhanced Zone so that means we can not have fitness classes :( .
So no classes for Dec sorry .

Hey Pound Posse looks like We can still have classes In December 🥳 According to the Alberta.ca site the restrictions only affect the Enhanced Zones (Purple zones) and the MD of Wainwright is not in an Enhanced Zone .
We will still have smaller classes and making sure we don't come when sick . Also sanitizing hands and social distancing .
I will make sure sticks are clean/disinfected before and after .
I just wanted to thank you all for following the guidelines and making classes fun and exciting .
So Dec classes will run ( we can talk on Thursday about it 😉)

Hey me again I was just looking into things more and to me it looks like since we are not in the purple areas we can still have classes . I will keep looking into this and let everyone know :)

Happy Monday 😊. Don't forget Thursday is our last class for this November session .
Also is anyone interested in a couple classes in December ? They would be Dec 3,10 @ 7pm cost would be 20$ .
Please let me know if you are interested so I can decide to run them or not.
Let's hope the province doesn't shut down again .

Happy Thursday 😊. I know its Jingle and Mingle tonight down town but class is still on at 7pm 🥳
Yes there is also going to be an announcement from the province about sports, dance and fitness classes shutting down for 2 week let's not panic and see what happens.
Hope to see you all tonight remember let's follow the Covid regulations.
