🚨 New Off-Road Vehicle Restriction for Our Area 🚨

Effective today (Monday, August 10), recreational off-road vehicles are no longer permitted on Crown land in our area as part of a new BC Wildfire Service prohibition. This includes:

ATVs
Dirt bikes
Side-by-sides

The restriction has been put in place to reduce the risk of human-caused wildfires during the current wildfire season and will remain in effect until October 9, unless rescinded earlier.

A few important exceptions:
✅ The restriction does not apply to private land or national parks.
✅ It also does not apply to emergency response, agriculture, or commercial/industrial users operating off-road vehicles for work purposes.
