Comedy on the Run is BACK 🤩🙌 This time we are hosting ever so amazing Dylan Williams

August 25th - 5.30 pm - 1200 Vancouver St!!

You know the drill! Relaxed no pressure 5k run followed by a comedy show by a talented comedian. We have snacks and n/a drinks for the post run and can guarantee laughs at this one 😅

All proceeds from this event will be donated to NEED2 . They are working to increase mental health awareness and su***de prevention across South Vancouver Island 🙏🏽

Introducing Achilles Victoria - a run club for the visually impaired. Brought together by James this amazing initiative pairs our amazing run leaders with the to guide blind runners.

Ladysmith 20k on a Saturday, Ice cream on a Sunday 🍦

Join us for a veeeery social hike/run/jog in the pursuit of making your own icecream 🤩

We will have demo vests from Salomon if you don’t got one 🙌

Otherwise bring your running vest, some water, snacks and we got you covered for the rest.

Meet at the Ross Durance parking lot of Mt.Work , fill your pack with ice and cream. Jump up and down summiting Mt.Work and back 🏔️
