Well, it's happened again, so, here it is folks.

The recycling bins for cans, bottles, and plastic water bottles that your Frontenac ATV Club purchased and placed at the Bellrock Trailhead Parking Lot are being removed. It has simply become too costly for our not-for-profit club to continue keeping them there.

To every cyclist, hiker, horseback rider, ATV rider, and motorist who used those bins responsibly, thank you. Genuinely. You used them with the kind of care and stewardship of Mother Earth that makes this community worth fighting for.

And to the one thoughtless adult who chose to continuously dump their household garbage, including, most recently, a 30-pound bag of cat litter, you have now ruined it for every responsible man, woman, and child who used this facility with respect and good conscience.

We hope it was worth it to you.

We regret to announce that Frontenac ATV Club will be removing their recycling bin from the Bellrock Trailhead parking lot. This is the third time in a couple weeks that someone has been leaving their household garbage. The last bag weighed about thirty pounds. Full of cat litter. It's getting too costly for us, a not for profit organization, to get rid of your garbage.
