Starting tomorrow (Friday), our lunch time class will be “ELEVATED TOTAL BODY” with MEGAN🎉🔥 This is a 45min class focusing on heavy lifting. The first half of the class is a lower body burn followed by upper body, with an Ab finisher…..best part NO CARDIO🤩✌🏻 Catch you in class @12:15pm!! .leibel
