Technique Tuesday 💪

Today’s technique tip: The top 3 mistake and cues to focus on when squatting.

1️⃣ Push through your heels and the outside of your feet to create a stable base and generate more force.
2️⃣ Drive your knees out to engage your glutes, open your hips, and prevent your knees from collapsing inward.
3️⃣ Keep your chest proud to help maintain a neutral spine and prevent your torso from falling forward.

Master these three cues, and you’ll build a stronger, safer, and more efficient squat. 🔥
