Aikido Ouest is a dojo dedicated to the practice of the Japanese art founded by Morihei Ueshiba. Sensei Frank Rode has over 30 years of experience.

You can find our dojo right next to the Reebok outlet and Curves in Vaudreuil/Hudson. Aikido Ouest is home to over 30 students, all of different age, size, skill, male or female. Everybody is welcome. Aikido Ouest will live up to its 20 year reputation. Aikido is different from other martial arts in that it teaches the harmonization of body and mind. Hi Everyone! WE HAVE MOVED ! BIGGER AND BETTER ! Please note that the dojo still remains in the same shopping center.
We are now around the corner and on the second floor. We have a larger space, There is also a corner to punch the punching bags, as well as a corner for some weights, and a lounge area. Stay tuned for our new Dojo pictures !

Once the COVID situation has ended or stabilized, we will notify you all to let you know when we are re-opening. Until then, stay safe.
