Back in September, I got asked to teach Hyrox , I did the certification and thought: “this is for crazy people”. Fast forward a few months… turns out I’m one of them too 🤪

Back in 2015, when I tried out for the National Women’s hockey league, I only had 2 years of university-hockey experience. I was terrified! But still found the courage to try. And I made the team.
That’s when I learned that you can’t wait to feel confident to go after what you want 💪
