The Vancouver Spirit Run, sanctioned by BC Athletics, is a Cross Country and Trail running event featuring something for everyone – from elite athletes and competitive age group runners to families looking to get outside and be active.

The course has changed but the event schedule and spirit remain the same!
If you missed the online registration deadline and would like to race we accept late entries until 30min prior to each race - visit us at the registration tent.
Prepare for the weather, bring your own hydration and lots of energy to run and/or cheer!

Please be aware a note was sent through our race registration platform, but we have been directed by the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation to adjust our course.
This was not our choice as event organizers, but a requirement from the Parks Board so please take a moment to review the adjusted course. We recommend you adapt your footwear accordingly.
