Have you ever wondered how to become more feminine?
Feminine energy is about rest, play, and creativity. Masculine energy is action, purpose, and responsibility.
So what does that look like in your life?
It looks like both aspects integrated in perfect harmony. The divine feminine is a woman who has fully integrated her creativity with action.
The true feminine has balanced her rest with her responsibilities. She knows that her purpose is more meaningful when combined with play. She is not slaving her life away, she’s having fun while creating.
So go ahead. Travel the world. Connect with like minded girlfriends. Surround yourself with beauty. Train. Love. And live a full, meaningful life. And Don’t ask for permission.

The life you want is built by the things you do when you don’t feel like doing them.
What’s one promise you’ve kept to yourself this week?
Pain is a good sign.
Cheers, mate!! You’re alive.
You survived something traumatic.
That’s not a reason to stop moving forward.
I hear people all the time say they were in a car accident, had a skiing injury, slipped in the shower, or suffered a concussion.
Those are valid reasons to slow down and focus on healing.
But healing isn’t the finish line.
On the other side of recovery is the opportunity to rebuild. To become better, bigger, fitter, and stronger than you were ever before.
Your injury doesn’t define you. It only gives you a new starting point.
Save this for the days when your excuses sound louder than your goals.
Who thought this was a good idea?!
I tried convincing my contortionist friend that deadlifts are fun… and she was like yeh I don’t think so but how about a handstand? 💀
Turns out strength and flexibility are two completely different worlds, and we got humbled.
What should we make each other do next?
“You look like a man.”
“You’re too muscular.”
“Is that a pen*s?”
“This is cringe.”
These are some of the comments I’ve received almost every day since I started creating content.
As a content creator, a woman, and a coach, I’ve watched clients, coworkers, friends, and family take comments like these as insults because on the surface, that’s exactly what they seem like.
But the truth is, something can only insult you if you interpret it as an insult and then believe what is being said about you. 😆
These comments aren’t insults. They’re often a testimony to your visibility and influence.
It’s like someone looking at you, seeing qualities they admire but haven’t cultivated in themselves, and feeling small because of it.
When people can’t diminish your success, your confidence, your strength, or your impact, they try to diminish you instead. But they couldn’t if they tried.
So take it as proof that you have left an impression and made a fan and keep going 😊
Everyone wants the secret to success.
Newsflash, It’s not perfection. It’s consistency.
The goal isn’t to get it perfect. The goal is to keep showing up and get slightly better than yourself yesterday.
Small improvements compound. One workout. One healthy meal. One difficult conversation. One step forward.
What’s one thing you’re committed to being consistent with this week?
Look 👀
It’s Superwoman in the making!
That could be you.
Do you remember your pursuit for independence, autonomy and self expression?
Remember your desire for strength, endurance and the sheer ability to handle just about whatever life throws at you?
Remember Superwoman?
That’s you. Go ahead and pick up that iron plate, fix your crown while you’re at it.
And If you need a reminder that you’re a superwoman, I’m here for you 😉
“You’re lucky you have time for the gym,” they said.
Well… what’s the alternative?
If I don’t make time for the gym, every other area of my life suffers.
It’s not time lost. It’s time invested.
It’s where you build the energy, discipline, resilience, and confidence that every other part of your life depends on.
Are you investing in yourself?
Overwhelmed with life?
Take a load off your shoulders and turn your attention back to your health and fitness.
Yesterday, I turned off my cellphone so I could focus on myself and be fully present. It was amazing 🤩
This morning, I woke up with a clearer vision, a calmer mind, and better mental health.
A reminder that where you pour your attention, energy grows.
What are you giving your attention to today?
“stop posting videos of your gym gains”
“Are you doing this for attention?”
You hear alot of comments from those who are uncomfortable with themselves because your confidence makes them uncomfortable.
Perfect 👌
