Today I had a great reminder of why a consistent Pilates practice that works the FULL body is so important. It keeps my body adaptable, responsive & resilient.

Rolling my ankle could have ruined the rest of my summer but all the work in the Method for feet & ankle mobility as well as balance paid off today!
